Card-Linked Gifting, Reimagined: A Frictionless User Experience
Designing a frictionless way to send and receive gifts with card-linked technology.
Overview
The card-linked gifting dashboard was designed to make managing rewards easy for clients. It lets them fund their accounts and check deposit details quickly. Clients can also see a list of supported merchants for their reward programs, get an overview of their users, and look into specific gift details. The goal was to create a simple, user-friendly way to manage rewards.

Card-linked gifting lets you send gifts that link directly to someone's debit or credit card. The recipient can use their own card at participating stores. When they make a purchase, the gift amount is automatically applied, making it easy and hassle-free.
Goals
Provide a user-friendly portal where partner stakeholders of the card-linked gifting (CLG) platform can easily view and manage all aspects of their integration. This interface aims to simplify the management process, enhance transparency, and enable partners to make data-driven decisions to optimize their gifting programs.
Authentication
The login process uses multi-factor authentication for extra security. After entering their password, users verify their identity with a code sent to their work email.
First Time Login
When first logging in, users enter their name, email, and the temporary password sent to them by email. They then complete the setup by creating a new password.

Home Dashboard
The home dashboard features a bar chart showing gifts ordered and canceled over the past six months, including totals for quantity and load, and a breakdown of how gifts are being redeemed. Users can view the data by gift quantity or load value, with subtotals for processed and canceled amounts.

Users can view all activity in their funding account and notify the platform of any requests to add funds.

Users can manage access to their portal by adding, removing, or modifying users. New users will receive an invitation email and there will be two roles: Admin (full access and capabilities) and Standard User (full access but cannot manage users or add funds).
